Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. All defined terms apply equally to their singular and plural forms.

References to any statute, regulation, or guideline include any amendment or replacement thereof. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the sstktok Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any of the Services in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have already registered an Account, contact our support team at [email protected] to close it.

sstktok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published at sstktok.net/terms-conditions with its effective date clearly marked. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

Age & Eligibility Requirements

The sstktok Platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account, access the Services, or place any bet or wager. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

In addition to the age requirement, you confirm that all of the following eligibility conditions are met:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion register or programme that covers online gambling.
• You have not previously had an Account closed by sstktok due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee or director of sstktok.
• The funds you deposit are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

sstktok reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by our support team will result in Account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of sstktok's Services, you must register a personal Account via the sstktok Login page. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

One Account Per Player. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the sstktok Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account — whether under the same or a different name, email address, device, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. sstktok will close all duplicate Accounts, void all associated bonuses, and may withhold any funds pending investigation.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. sstktok will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other website or service.
• Never share your Account credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

sstktok accepts no liability for any losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials. Any activity carried out via your Account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have notified us of a suspected breach in advance.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the sstktok Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). sstktok supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be added or removed from time to time; the current list is always displayed in the cashier section of your Account.

Deposits. The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit cap, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time in the majority of cases. sstktok accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment provider or third-party banking infrastructure.

Withdrawals. The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. sstktok reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request at its sole discretion.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit into the Account, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• sstktok does not charge fees for standard withdrawals; however, payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the Player within the withdrawal pending window; once processing has begun, cancellation is not possible.
• sstktok reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the completion of identity, age, or source-of-funds verification.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before they can be withdrawn.

Bonuses & Promotions

sstktok offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL season, and IPL. All bonuses are governed by these Terms & Conditions and any additional promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.

Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be staked 30 times before any winnings generated from it can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), and expiry period are always specified in the individual promotion terms.

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through abuse of multiple accounts, collusion, or other fraudulent methods will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all related funds.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household address, device, or IP address.
• sstktok reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where a Player requests a withdrawal before meeting the applicable Wagering Requirement, sstktok will deduct the outstanding Bonus Funds and any winnings attributable to those funds prior to processing the withdrawal.
• Bonus Funds expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are removed from the Account Balance automatically.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, the decision of sstktok management is final.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the sstktok Platform are subject to the general rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict, game-specific rules prevail over these general rules for that game or market only.

Finality of Bets. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the sstktok system, it is binding and cannot be altered, cancelled, or reversed by the Player. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all bet selections, stake amounts, and odds are correct before confirming any wager.

Obvious Errors. sstktok reserves the right to void any bet or game round that was accepted or settled due to an obvious error, whether technical or human, including incorrect odds, mispriced markets, or system malfunctions. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account. sstktok's determination of what constitutes an obvious error is final.

• Cricket Sportsbook: Bets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). Match-fixing or spot-fixing adjudications by the relevant authority will render affected markets void.
• Slots & Casino Games: All slot and table game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). sstktok does not influence game outcomes. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are subject to the house rules displayed in the game window. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled according to the outcome recorded by the server at the point of disconnection.
• Fishing Games: All Fishing Kui Li game outcomes are governed by the individual game provider's certified RNG. sstktok is not responsible for outcomes determined by provider-side systems.
• Maximum Winnings: sstktok may apply a maximum single-session or single-bet winnings cap. The applicable cap, if any, will be communicated in the relevant game or market details page.

Responsible Gaming

sstktok is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe environment for all Players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment; it should never be viewed as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

We provide the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible immediately via Account Settings after completing the sstktok Login process:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in BDT. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen notifications that alert you to the duration of your gaming session at intervals you specify.
• Cool-Off Period: Pause your Account for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. The cool-off cannot be lifted early.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Options include 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

sstktok will never contact Players to encourage them to reverse a self-exclusion decision or to increase their deposit limits beyond what the Player has independently requested following the mandatory cooling-off period. Any communication purporting to be from sstktok that encourages you to circumvent responsible gaming controls should be reported to [email protected] immediately.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sstktok Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended immediately, all balances and pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation, and may be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that you are not authorised to use.
• Depositing funds that are the proceeds of any unlawful or criminal activity, including money laundering.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, AI agent, or other automated means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or access games.
• Colluding with other Players, sstktok staff, or game provider employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any bet, game round, or sporting event.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abuse directed at sstktok staff or other users.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion, or account limit that has been applied to your Account.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

sstktok employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor Account activity in real time. Detection of any prohibited conduct will trigger an immediate investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, sstktok's decision regarding Account closure and funds is final and not subject to appeal through the Platform's standard dispute process.

Intellectual Property

All content on the sstktok Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the property of sstktok or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

sstktok grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without our express prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform or its underlying software.
• Create derivative works based on any content found on the Platform.
• Use sstktok's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any marketing, promotional, or commercial context without prior written authorisation.

Game content is provided by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in game content remain the property of the respective provider. sstktok is licensed to make such content available on the Platform but does not hold ownership of the underlying game software or assets.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sstktok, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, sstktok specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of funds resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or force majeure events.
• Any loss or damage arising from a Player's reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional descriptions.
• Technical failures, server outages, or connectivity issues affecting the availability of games or betting markets.
• Decisions made by sporting governing bodies (including BCB, BCCI, and ICC) that affect the settlement of betting markets.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sstktok makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from errors. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by sstktok's negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Amendments & Termination

Amendments. sstktok reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication at sstktok.net/terms-conditions. We will endeavour to notify Players of material changes via email or an in-platform notification, but it remains your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination by You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, we will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to your registered payment method, deduct any non-withdrawable Bonus Funds, and close your Account within 5 business days.

Termination by sstktok. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where a Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. In such cases, sstktok will notify the Player by email and outline the reason for Account closure where permitted to do so.

• Upon Account closure for breach, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
• Real-money funds confirmed to be of legitimate origin and not subject to any active investigation will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
• sstktok's decision regarding Account closure is final. Players may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of notification; sstktok will respond within 14 business days.

Governing Law & Disputes. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through our standard support process should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. sstktok will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all disputes in a fair and timely manner.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game or promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and sstktok with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
